We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Commercial Real Estate Sales Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for real estate, strong sales skills, and a keen understanding of the commercial market.
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate leads and build a portfolio of clients seeking commercial real estate solutions.
- Conduct market research to identify opportunities for clients.
- Facilitate property viewings and negotiate terms of sale.
- Prepare and present detailed property reports and sales proposals.
- Develop and maintain relationships with property owners, investors, and other stakeholders.
- Stay updated on market trends, property values, and legal regulations.
- Assist clients through the entire transaction process from initial contact to closing.
Requirements:
