Job Summary
We seek an experienced Business Development Manager to join our team in Chandigarh. As a key player, you will be responsible for selling leads to top colleges/universities and creating online advertising space on CollegeBatch.com.
About the Role
This is a challenging opportunity for a seasoned professional with 2-5 years of experience in the education sector. Your core responsibilities will include:
- Market research to identify potential clients.
- Cold calling and face-to-face meetings to generate leads and follow up effectively.
- Establishing and maintaining relationships with top authorities in Colleges and Universities for business tie-ups.
- Understanding client requirements, drafting proposals, and executing MOUs.
- BUILDING business in the respective zones and creating a revenue plan.
- Ensuring a smooth client journey.
- Maintaining the company's presence in target markets (Colleges and Universities).
Key Requirements

- Expertise in sales concepts.
- A strong network in Colleges and Universities.
- Excellent communication skills.
Salary Information
The estimated annual salary for this position is ₹8,00,000 - ₹12,00,000, depending on experience.
