About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Manager to join our team at the British Standards Institution (BSI). As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies to drive business growth and revenue expansion.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze market opportunities and develop targeted sales plans to achieve monthly budgets
  • Build and maintain relationships with existing clients to identify up-selling opportunities and promote One BSI services
  • Develop and execute business plans to deliver revenue, gross profit, and contribution targets
  • Act as a brand ambassador for BSI, promoting company services and values to clients and stakeholders

Requirements:

  • Degree level education or equivalent experience in a relevant field
  • Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and building strong client relationships
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Able to work effectively in a KPI-driven environment and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines
