About the Role

This is a full-time Sales Manager position at XenonStack in Chandigarh, India. The successful candidate will lead the sales team, identify new business opportunities, develop effective sales strategies, and nurture client relationships on a day-to-day basis.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Developing and executing sales plans to drive business growth
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients

  • Providing data-driven insights to inform sales strategies
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you should have:

  • Sales strategy development, business development, and relationship management skills
  • Experience in B2B sales and account management
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills
  • Knowledge of Data and AI solutions
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • A proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field
Preferred Skills

We are looking for candidates with experience in handling inside sales teams in B2B for technology products and services, as well as a deep understanding of the B2B market in US, UK, and Australia.

The estimated salary for this position is ₹800,000 - ₹1,200,000 per annum, depending on experience.
