  • Forecasting, planning, and execution of service sales to achieve sales targets.
  • Leading and managing a team of service sales, inside sales, and contract administration professionals.
  • Ensuring a healthy sales pipeline through lead and opportunity mapping.
  • Delegating and tracking service calls on a weekly and monthly basis to ensure timely resolution.
  • Improving customer experience through regular site visits and feedback collection.
  • Team management, including training, skill development, and motivation to achieve excellent performance.
  • Territory mapping to ensure better reach to customers and achieve service KPIs.
  • Ownership, accountability, and responsibility for delivering on key performance indicators for business and operations.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Electronics or Instrumentation with a minimum of 15 years of work experience in team management, business acumen, customer management, and service delivery.
  • Good verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Knowledge of Excel and data analytics.
  • Service experience on analytical or industrial instruments is an added advantage.
