**Job Title:** Regional Logistics Manager


**Job Description:**


A Regional Logistics Manager is responsible for overseeing sales operations in a specific territory. This includes handling customer inquiries, ensuring smooth operations, and monitoring daily/weekly/monthly sales in line with the defined budget and strategy.


**Key Responsibilities:**


• Business development and increasing market share by adding new customers, retaining existing ones, and managing brand value in the region.


• Monitoring shipments on a daily basis and ensuring they are delivered within agreed timelines.


• Coordinating collections, deliveries, drop-offs, and recoveries with other departments.


• Defining routes for dispatching shipments to their final destinations.


• Providing directions to functional teams, including commercial, operations, customer service & documentation, claims prevention, administration, accounts, contract negotiations, cost control & staff management.


• Completing commercial business development & operations for logistics business.


• Monitoring COD deposits on a daily basis.


• Ability to manage client/customer escalation proactively and coordinate with station teams.


• Monitoring in-bound, out-bound, and RTO on time for all branches.


• Monitoring last-mile delivery performance and taking necessary steps for improvement.


• Setting up and managing efficient and cost-effective last-mile delivery networks across the city.


• Coordinating and monitoring end-to-end last-mile delivery operations with multiple remote teams daily.


• Ensuring full control over profitability in the region.


• Meeting cost, productivity, accuracy, and timeline targets.


• Maintaining metrics and analyzing data to assess performance and implement improvements.


• Ensuring smooth functioning of day-to-day warehousing operations.


• Delegating responsibilities to other managers to meet company goals.


• Conducting regular performance reviews.


**Requirements:**


• Strong leadership skills.


• Technical and problem-solving capabilities.


• Experience in handling multiple cities or a region.


• Preference for candidates who have handled heavy-bulky shipments.


• Must have an experience of 4-6 years of handling a whole region.
