  5. Ability to manage a large team size effectively, including dealers, infant, and PDD management.
  6. Open to new ideas and possess good written and verbal communication skills.
  7. Dealer channel management, sourcing business from car loan dealers and branches.
  8. Good at MIS and possess written and verbal communication skills.
  9. Focus on fee-based income and ability to cross-sell other products.
  10. Service-oriented with a willingness to go the extra mile to serve the channel effectively.
