  • To improve the service level of our Commercial Field Associates (CFAs).
  • Supervise CFA operations, including order-taking, dispatch, billing, commission of payment, regular stock verification, and statutory compliance.
  • Ensure adherence to Service Level Agreements (SLAs) with CFAs and achieve minimum benchmark fulfillment and improvement on audit scores.
  • Release payments to clearing and forwarding agencies (CFAs).
  • To reduce slow-moving and non-moving inventory.
  • Coordinate with the regional sales team for commercial processes and compliances.
  • Manage RO accounting and expense management.
  • Scrutinize new dealer opening forms, tender terms, and follow up on dealer outstanding.
  • Liaise with the legal department regarding legal cases.
  • Control expenses provisions and monitor sales tax/VAT payments, including asset verification at the regional office.
  • Ensure statutory compliance, including Sales Tax and Shop & Establishment Act.
  • Play an active role in improving claim days to ensure end-customer delight.
