International Education Sales Strategist

Key Responsibilities:
- As an ambassador for StudyReach, you will promote our services to agents, educators, and potential students, establishing performance targets, plans, and standards for our sales representatives.
- You will drive the enrolment of international students at StudyReach by recruiting from diverse regions, conducting presentations to amplify our presence in local markets.
- Analyzing sales data to assess performance and develop strategies to address gaps is crucial to your role.
- Regular comprehensive performance evaluations for team members on a monthly and quarterly basis are also expected.
- You will leverage research and market analysis to implement effective marketing and recruitment strategies, optimizing outreach to international students.
- Effective collaboration with the admissions and customer support teams while resolving conflicts is essential.
- One-on-one coaching to individual sales team members on timely basis, enhancing their sales performance is key.
- You will foster and maintain relationships with Key Account Recruitment Partners, keeping them informed about the latest developments within the StudyReach ecosystem and exciting student opportunities.
- Demonstrating expertise in social selling, leveraging platforms like LinkedIn and other networks to connect with key contacts in target accounts, is a requirement.
- Establishing and ensuring adherence to a scalable sales process is also critical.
- Regular meetings with recruitment partners to gather customer feedback and discuss growth plans are expected.
We offer a competitive salary range of $120,000 - $180,000 per annum, commensurate with experience and qualifications. This package includes a comprehensive benefits program, opportunities for professional growth, and a dynamic work environment that values innovation and teamwork.
To succeed in this role, you will require a Bachelor's degree or equivalent, minimum 8 years of professional experience in international student recruitment and/or higher education institutions. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, ability to build productive long-term relationships with stakeholders, and resilience in a fast-paced environment are essential.
