**Job Description:**

The successful candidate will be responsible for cultivating deep relationships with assigned advertisers, serving as their trusted advisor and advocate. This includes connecting with prospects through cold calls, emails, social messaging, and videos to generate meetings, facilitating client product feature requests with the internal product team, and preparing deck/proposal, organizing the product demo, and presenting to prospects.

**Key Responsibilities:**

* Cultivate and nurture deep relationships with assigned advertisers
* Connect with prospects through various channels to generate meetings
* Facilitate client product feature requests with the internal product team
* Prepare and present proposals to prospects
* Own and hit/exceed monthly sales targets

**Required Skills and Qualifications:**

* 2-4 years of work experience in sales management, preferably in performance marketing
* Exceptional organizational skills and ability to manage multiple responsibilities effectively
* Strong understanding of digital marketing principles and programmatic advertising
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills, capable of conveying complex information to clients and internal stakeholders
* Collaborative spirit and adaptability to a growing company

**Benefits and Compensation:**
