We are seeking an experienced High-Growth Sales Strategist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying and targeting new business opportunities in the physical security services sector.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Conducting market research to stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and client needs
  • Developing and implementing effective sales strategies to achieve and exceed revenue targets
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention
  • Preparing and delivering persuasive sales presentations and proposals to prospective clients
  • Collaborating with the operations team to ensure seamless delivery of services to clients
  • Participating in networking events, trade shows, and industry conferences to enhance brand visibility and foster business relationships

You will be expected to have a proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth, as well as a strong understanding of physical security services, including manned guarding, electronic surveillance, and risk management solutions.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the ability to build and maintain long-term relationships with clients. Self-motivation, results-orientation, and the ability to work independently as well as in a team are essential.

A competitive salary of $80,000 - $100,000 per annum, performance-based incentives, opportunities for professional growth and development, and a collaborative and supportive work environment make this a compelling opportunity for the right candidate.
