Sales Executive

We are looking for a motivated and driven woman to excel in her career as a Technical Sales Executive at Refining Skills Academy.
About the Role- Sales Development: Identify and develop new sales opportunities in the solar energy space, specifically targeting the Kochi region.
- Client Engagement: Engage with prospects, schedule appointments, and conduct effective sales calls to explain our technology, emphasizing the benefits of renewable energy in this key market.
- Client Relationship Management: Maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring regular orders and customer satisfaction in the region.
- Team Collaboration: Collaborate with other sales representatives to uphold company standards and meet sales targets, promoting a culture of excellence in sales performance.
- Record Keeping: Utilize CRM or Excel to maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions, providing valuable insights for future sales strategies.
About You
- Education: A Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Electrical Engineering is highly valued.
- Sales Experience: Proven experience in sales, with a strong understanding of the solar renewable energy domain, particularly in the Kochi region.
- Communication Skills: Excellent telephonic and email communication skills, with the ability to convey complex technical information in a clear and concise manner.
- Tech Proficiency: Proficiency in MS Office, with the ability to utilize software tools to enhance sales performance.
- Travel Readiness: Willingness to travel 7-10 days a month within Kerala or to other locations if necessary, with a focus on building strong relationships with clients in the region.
- Language Skills: Fluency in Malayalam, English, and Hindi; knowledge of Kannada or Tamil is an added advantage, enabling effective communication with clients across different languages.
