Talention Recruit Pvt Ltd, a renowned HR consultancy in Kochi, India, is seeking an Executive Sales Leader for their UAE(Dubai) office. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for leading and managing the sales team to achieve sales targets.
Sales Manager Job Description:
The ideal candidate should have 7-10 years of experience in sales, preferably in the staffing & recruiting industry, with a proven track record of success as a Sales Manager or similar role in the UAE(Dubai) market. Strong leadership and team management skills are essential, along with excellent communication and negotiation skills.
In this full-time position, you will develop and implement effective sales strategies, identify new business opportunities, build and maintain strong relationships with clients, and collaborate with the marketing team to execute sales campaigns. Additionally, you will monitor market trends, prepare sales reports, and train and motivate the sales team to improve performance.
We offer a competitive salary of AED 12,500 per month (excluding allowances), making it an attractive opportunity for candidates looking to advance their careers in sales leadership. With a minimum of 10 years of experience and age not exceeding 40, you will have the potential to lead a team of up to 10 members and drive results-oriented sales strategies.
