Job Overview

We are seeking a highly experienced and dynamic Global Sales Leader - Immigration Services to lead our sales team in Kochi. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in immigration consultancy and proven expertise in managing sales processes for immigration services to countries such as Canada, Australia, New Zealand, Ireland, or the United States.

About the Role

  • Sales Strategy: Develop and implement sales strategies to maximize revenue and expand the client base.
  • Team Leadership: Recruit, train, and mentor the immigration sales team to achieve and exceed sales targets.
  • Client Engagement: Oversee high-value client consultations and provide strategic guidance to the team for effective client engagement.
  • Market Analysis: Monitor market trends, identify new opportunities, and ensure the company's services remain competitive.
  • Operational Management: Ensure seamless coordination between the sales, legal, and documentation teams for efficient client application processing.
  • Performance Reporting: Prepare detailed sales reports for senior management, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.

Key Requirements

  • Experience: Minimum 3-5 years of experience in immigration sales, with at least 1-2 years in a managerial or leadership role.
  • Expertise: Strong knowledge of immigration processes for one or more of the following countries: Canada, Australia, New Zealand, Ireland, or the United States.
  • Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead and motivate a team to achieve targets.
  • Sales Acumen: Strong sales and negotiation skills with a client-focused approach.
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Tech Savvy: Proficiency in CRM software and other sales tools.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in any field (preferred but not mandatory).
