Job Title: Strategic Sales Leader

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and onboard high-performing sales executives with support from HR to drive premium growth and retention.
  • Maintain a strong focus on productivity measures, including case rate, persistency, retention, and exceeding planned productivity standards for the unit.
  • Lead the team to achieve revenue targets while ensuring adherence to company rules and regulations.
  • Foster a culture of excellence by supervising daily activities, conducting fortnightly performance reviews, and providing guidance on effective use of sales tools.
  • Develop and implement strategies to manage leads, track progress, and convert them into successful outcomes.
  • Engage with customers to provide prompt responses to queries, offer excellent customer service, and resolve complaints efficiently.
  • Educate the team and prospects about Max Life Insurance's products and services, highlighting their unique value proposition compared to competitors.

Measures of Success:

  • Achieve target milestones, including adjusted Annual Fresh Year Premium (AFYP), Net Own Premium (NOP), and penetration in assigned books of relations.
  • Ensure team members consistently meet G3 standards for case rate, case size, and collections.
  • Maintain high retention rates among team members and portfolio persistence.
  • Adhere to process compliance and ensure timely accuracy of reports.
  • Meet or exceed collection targets (plan vs actual) and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.

Self-Development:

The ideal candidate will have opportunities for induction, certifications, trainings, and completion of licensing programs to enhance their skills and stay up-to-date with industry developments.

Desired Qualifications and Experience:

  • Graduate degree (preferably MBA) with a minimum of 8-10 years of experience in handling sales teams or agents.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

  • Familiarity with local markets and ability to develop tailored sales strategies.
  • Strong leadership and motivational skills to drive team performance.
  • Result-oriented with a focus on achieving business objectives.
  • Disciplined, structured, and process-driven approach to sales management.

Estimated Salary:

$120,000 - $180,000 per annum, depending on location and qualifications.
