Strategic Business Development Leader

At Smiligence- Software Company, we are seeking a highly skilled Sales and Development Manager to drive our Enterprise Sales and Development efforts. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to expand our IT business in international markets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategic plans to expand our IT business in international markets.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, partnerships, and collaborations with clients and other organizations.
- Manage and maintain relationships with existing clients, understanding their needs and preferences, and delivering high-quality customer service.
- Conduct market research, analyze trends and data, and provide insights and recommendations to the management team.
- Collaborate with internal teams, such as sales, marketing, and product development, to ensure effective coordination and alignment of business objectives.
Requirements:
- 3-5 years of experience in IT business development, sales, or a related field.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field.
- Several years of experience in IT business development or sales, with a focus on international markets.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and draw actionable insights.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
- Familiarity with IT industry trends and technologies, as well as international business practices and regulations.
