Customer Development Executive

About This Opportunity
Colgate-Palmolive Company is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sr. Customer Development Executive to join our team in Cochin, Kerala, India. This role is responsible for ensuring the width and depth of distribution of Colgate-Palmolive products in the given zone and implementing Customer Development strategies to achieve sales and distribution objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Trade Management
- Identify new markets/accounts and bring them under direct coverage on a regular basis.
- Ensure addition of specialty wholesalers.
- Optimize usage of activations to drive sales.
- In-store Management
- Prioritize accounts for maximum impact through visibilities (ensure coverage of top 2 outlets in every route).
- Market Updates
- Secure and draw insights from competitive information regarding new products, activities, schemes, and developments.
- Data-driven Decision Making
- Use data to drive overall business performance.
- Review sales associates and PSR performance against plan.
- Review stockiest performance against plan.
Requirements
- 2+ years of work experience in FMCG Companies.
- Post Graduate in Business Administration.
