**Job Overview**
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Front Office Executive to join our dynamic team at JobStars HR Solutions Pvt Ltd. As a key member of our front desk, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients and visitors.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Welcome and greet visitors with a professional demeanor, ensuring a warm and welcoming environment.
- Answer phone calls and redirect them to the appropriate person in a timely and efficient manner.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries with care and attention to detail.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and tidy front desk area that reflects positively on our company.
- Provide information and assistance to clients and visitors, responding to their queries and resolving issues promptly.
- Manage conference room bookings and prepare meeting rooms to ensure seamless and productive meetings.
- Coordinate with other departments to guarantee smooth office operations and maintain open communication channels.
- Assist in general administrative tasks, such as filing, photocopying, and data entry, to ensure the efficient functioning of our office.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints in a timely and professional manner, maintaining a positive attitude and empathy towards customers.
**Requirements and Qualifications:**
- A minimum of 1-3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in an office administration setting.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, with the ability to interact effectively with colleagues, clients, and visitors.
- Degree qualification in any discipline, demonstrating strong academic background and foundation.
- Strong customer service and interpersonal skills, with a focus on delivering exceptional experiences and building lasting relationships.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively, ensuring timely completion of duties and responsibilities.
- Proficient in MS Office suite, with a solid understanding of its applications and tools.
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills, with a focus on maintaining accuracy and efficiency in all aspects of work.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, remaining calm and composed under pressure.
- Professional and friendly demeanor, with a passion for delivering outstanding customer service and support.
