Job Description

We are looking for an individual who can effectively lead and manage our customer-facing teams to deliver exceptional service and drive sales growth.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Assisting the store manager in executing daily operations during scheduled shifts.
  • Leading by example and setting high standards for customer service and teamwork.
  • Providing coaching and feedback to team members to improve performance and achieve sales targets.
  • Conducting regular team meetings and providing updates on sales performance and company initiatives.
  • Developing and implementing strategies to increase customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 12th pass (ideally, IHM student or hotel management graduate).
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and make decisions quickly.
  • Knowledge of coffee and experience in a retail or hospitality environment.
