About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and proactive Support Specialist to join our team at Futurehook. The ideal candidate will possess proficiency in both Malayalam and English, ensuring seamless communication with customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead Validation: Handle inbound and outbound calls for lead validation, ensuring accurate information and follow-ups.
  • Influencer Appointment Coordination: Make appointment calls to influencers, ensuring schedules are efficiently managed.
  • Service Support: Provide online and on-call support, particularly during holidays, to resolve customer issues in a timely manner.
  • Database Management: Maintain, update, and manage databases for accurate records of customer interactions, leads, and appointments.
  • Market Research: Conduct online research on competitors and stay updated on current market trends to provide insights for business improvement.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Language Proficiency: Fluency in Malayalam and English is mandatory.
  • Experience: Experience in a support or customer service role is a plus. Prior experience with CRM tools is an advantage.
  • Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively, attention to detail, and excellent organizational skills.
