Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced professional to drive profitability, lead a diverse team, and execute a market-specific growth strategy aligned with our objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  • PnL Ownership: Develop and implement strategies to maximize occupancy, enhance customer experience, and optimize operational efficiency.
  • Leadership: Foster a culture of accountability, teamwork, and excellence, providing coaching and support for team growth.
  • Strategic Planning: Identify new opportunities for expansion and improvement in service delivery.
  • Sales Management: Lead sales initiatives to drive bookings, optimize occupancy rates, and increase revenue.
  • Operations Management: Oversee daily operations across all properties, ensuring high standards of service and customer satisfaction.
  • Supply & Property Acquisition: Identify and acquire new properties to expand the student housing portfolio.
  • Vendor Management: Manage vendor relationships, including housekeeping, food partners, maintenance, and security.
Requirements
  • Proven track record of driving business growth and expansion.
  • Strong leadership skills, with ability to foster a positive company culture.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to analyze data and identify areas for improvement.
What We Offer

$120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on experience.
