We are seeking a highly skilled Inside Sales Specialist to join our team in Mumbai, India. As a key member of our sales organization, you will be responsible for generating and building high-level qualified leads pipelines for our global sales team.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Generating sales-qualified leads for C-suite executives
  • Experience in ERP sales and product selling, particularly in the Europe market
  • International calling and targeting global customers
  • Mass emailing and database/market research
  • Scheduling appointments with CXO levels

In this role, you will have the opportunity to develop sales opportunities via calls, mass communication, and social media to introduce our company products and services and identify appropriate buyers within the target market. A strong phone presence, excellent communication skills, and ability to work under pressure are essential for success.

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • 5 years of experience in lead generation
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills in English with the ability to neutralize accent
  • Outbound sales experience, including international B2B outbound cold calling, emailing, and LinkedIn experience (an added advantage)
  • Database building skills, including search-based activities and database management

We offer a competitive salary range of ₹800,000 - ₹1,200,000 per annum, depending on experience.
