Key Responsibilities

  • Strategic Sales Leadership:
  • Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies to drive growth in B2B and B2G markets.
  • Identify new business opportunities, including government contracts and corporate accounts.
  • Lead offline business growth and execute strategies for B2B and B2G expansion across regions.
  • Consistently meet and exceed sales targets, while monitoring sales performance metrics.
  • Distribution Management:
  • Set up and manage offline sales operations across General Trade and Modern Trade channels.
  • Be the primary point of contact between IZI and distributors, ensuring smooth communication and operations.
  • Analyze market conditions and competitor activities to inform strategic decisions.
  • Tender Management:
  • Oversee the preparation, submission, and management of tenders and bids in compliance with requirements.
  • Work closely with government bodies and corporate clients to navigate and win tenders.
  • Client Relationship Management:
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders including government officials, corporate clients, and industry partners.
  • Ensure high customer satisfaction and retention through proactive relationship management.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for high-value clients, handling contract negotiations and agreements.
  • Market Analysis and Insights:
  • Conduct thorough market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and potential growth areas.
  • Provide actionable insights to the team and senior leadership to drive business strategies.
  • Analyze market trends and capitalize on new business opportunities to enhance growth.
  • Training and Development:
  • Conduct training sessions for the distribution team to enhance their product knowledge and sales skills.
  • Organize and manage seminars, exhibitions, and stalls at major industry events to promote IZI's brand and generate leads.
  • Performance Tracking and Reporting:
  • Monitor and analyze sales metrics and KPIs regularly to track progress and performance.
  • Prepare and present reports on sales activities, pipeline status, and new growth opportunities.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration:
  • Collaborate with internal teams such as marketing, product development, and customer support to align sales strategies and improve customer experience.
  • Provide feedback to the product team to support product development and innovation.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in B2B/B2G sales, preferably in the technology space (drones, cameras, etc.).
  • Strong knowledge of tender management and government contracting.
  • Proven track record in managing sales operations and distributor relationships.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to work independently and achieve results.
  • Immediate joiners are preferred.
