Kardex India Pvt Ltd is a leading provider of innovative supply chain solutions. We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Regional Sales Development Manager to join our New Business Team in the West and South regions of India.

About the Role

The purpose of this role is to develop the market for Kardex products and solutions in the West/South region of India, reaching and exceeding sales targets in the territory and relevant segments. The successful candidate will create, qualify, and develop leads and close sales according to Kardex's sales process, utilizing the Kardex CRM tool to track all leads and opportunities.

Your Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve sales volume growth in the assigned region.
  • Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities, leveraging existing customer relationships and networks.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to deliver forecasting precision, defined reporting, and timely delivery of tasks.
Your Profile

We are looking for an experienced sales professional with a proven track record of success in developing new business opportunities and driving sales growth in the region. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers, colleagues, and stakeholders.
