We are seeking a highly skilled Automotive Sales Training Specialist to join our team. As a Regional Sales Trainer (Automotive After Markets), you will be responsible for developing and delivering training programs to the automotive after markets sales team in Dehradun, Uttarakhand, India.

About the Role

  • You will have 4 to 6 years of experience in automotive sales training or a related field.
  • You possess strong knowledge of the automotive after markets industry.
  • You have proven experience in delivering effective sales training programs.
  • You excel in presentation and communication skills.
  • You can engage and motivate sales teams.
  • You have strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • You are flexible to travel within the region as required.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and deliver engaging training programs to the automotive after markets sales team.
  • Create training materials, manuals, and presentations to support training sessions.
  • Assess training needs and identify areas for improvement within the sales team.
  • Implement effective training strategies to enhance sales performance and product knowledge.
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and provide feedback to the sales team.
  • Collaborate with the sales team and management to identify training needs and align training objectives with business goals.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in the automotive after markets.
  • Travel to various locations within the region to conduct training sessions and provide on-the-job support.

Location

The ideal candidate will be based in Pantnagar, Uttarakhand.

Salary Range

The estimated salary range for this position is ₹1,200,000 - ₹1,800,000 per annum, depending on qualifications and experience.
