Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Manager to join our team at Hyatt Regency Dehradun. As a Sales Manager, you will play a critical role in driving revenue growth and ensuring the efficient running of the department.

About the Role

The Sales Manager is responsible for acting as a sales specialist and ensuring that related revenue is maximised in the most profitable way in line with agreed targets. You will be working closely with the hotel's management team to develop and implement strategies to increase revenue and occupancy levels.

Key Responsibilities

  1. To assist with the efficient running of the department in line with Hyatt International's Corporate Strategies and brand standards, whilst meeting employee, guest and owner expectations.
  2. To act as a sales specialist and ensure that related revenue is maximised in the most profitable way in line with the agreed targets.

Qualifications and Requirements

  • A relevant degree or diploma in Hospitality or Tourism management would be ideal.
  • A minimum of 2 years' work experience as a Sales Manager or Sales Executive is required.
  • Good problem-solving, administrative and interpersonal skills are essential.

Salary and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary package including benefits such as health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off. Our estimated salary range for this position is ₹800,000 - ₹1,200,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
