We are seeking a highly skilled Business Development Manager to join our Alternate Channels team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and revenue generation through strategic partnerships and relationship building.

About the Role:

This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned sales professional to leverage their skills and experience in sourcing and deepening relationships with high net worth (HNI) customers. You will work closely with our Bank team to ensure that all clients acquired from your assigned area trade actively.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sourcing and developing relationships with existing HNI customer base of Kotak Bank Privy League customers
  • Selling Equity-based investment products to this set of Privy customers
  • Developing effective servicing skills and conflict management strategies
  • Driving business growth, maximizing revenue generation, and achieving sales targets
  • Working in close coordination with the Bank team to ensure client satisfaction and active trading

Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you should have:

  • A graduate or post-graduate degree with 1-4 years of selling experience
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Self-starter mentality, proactive approach, and target-oriented mindset
  • Strong networking and relationship-building skills
  • Good existing client relationships in the market (a plus)
