Business Development Representative

At Nlink Tech PVT LTD, we are looking for an ambitious Business Development Representative to join our team. As a Business Development Representative, you will be responsible for generating new business through outbound calls, emails, and social media referrals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Proactively seek new business opportunities in the market.
- Contact potential clients through cold calls and emails.
- Set up meetings or calls between (prospective) clients and Account Executives.
- Presentation of our company to potential clients.
- Identification of client needs and suggestion of appropriate products/services.
- Qualification of leads from marketing campaigns as sales opportunities.
- Customization of product solutions to increase customer satisfaction.
- Tracking of sales quotas.
Desired Profile:
- Experience with CRM software (e.g. Salesforce).
- Understanding of sales performance metrics.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Able to deliver engaging presentations.
- Hands-on experience with multiple sales techniques (including cold calls).
- Strong time management and organizational skills.
Experience and Education:
- Proven experience in business development, sales, or a related field, with a successful track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; advanced degrees or certifications are a plus.
