Nlink Tech PVT LTD: Business Development Representative Role

At Nlink Tech PVT LTD, we are looking for an ambitious Business Development Representative to join our team. As a Business Development Representative, you will be responsible for generating new business through outbound calls, emails, and social media referrals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Proactively seek new business opportunities in the market.
  • Contact potential clients through cold calls and emails.
  • Set up meetings or calls between (prospective) clients and Account Executives.
  • Presentation of our company to potential clients.
  • Identification of client needs and suggestion of appropriate products/services.
  • Qualification of leads from marketing campaigns as sales opportunities.
  • Customization of product solutions to increase customer satisfaction.
  • Tracking of sales quotas.

Desired Profile:

  • Experience with CRM software (e.g. Salesforce).
  • Understanding of sales performance metrics.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Able to deliver engaging presentations.
  • Hands-on experience with multiple sales techniques (including cold calls).
  • Strong time management and organizational skills.

Experience and Education:

  • Proven experience in business development, sales, or a related field, with a successful track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; advanced degrees or certifications are a plus.
