Job Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Strategic Business Development Professional to join our team at Kotak Mahindra Bank.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of sourcing and deepening relationships with high net worth customers, as well as selling equity-based investment products to this elite customer base.

About the Role

As a Strategic Business Development Professional, you will be responsible for:

  • Sourcing and developing business opportunities from existing high net worth customer relationships
  • Selling equity-based investment products to Privy League customers
  • Providing exceptional customer service and conflict management skills
  • Developing business strategies to maximize revenue generation and achieve sales targets
  • Collaborating with the Bank team to ensure seamless client acquisition and retention
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 1-4 years of experience in sales or a related field
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • A self-starting attitude, with a focus on proactivity and target-oriented results
  • Strong networking and relationship-building skills
Compensation and Benefits

The estimated salary for this position is ₹8-12 lakhs per annum, depending on qualifications and experience. Additional benefits include a comprehensive health insurance plan, retirement savings plan, and opportunities for professional growth and development.
