Job Description:

We are seeking a seasoned Field Sales Manager to lead our sales operations in the Uttarakhand region. This is an exciting opportunity for an ambitious professional to drive sales growth and expansion in this key market.

Responsibilities:
  • Sales Operations: Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets, monitor sales performance, and provide feedback to team members.
  • Branding/In-Store Execution: Implement promotional activities to enhance brand visibility, track competitor activity, and identify opportunities for growth.
  • Distributor Management: Foster strong relationships with distributors and wholesalers, ensure timely inventory management, and optimize distribution channels.
  • People Management: Lead and motivate a team of sales officers, conduct regular performance reviews, and define Key Result Areas (KRAs) to drive success.
About the Role:

This role requires a strategic thinker who can balance short-term goals with long-term objectives. The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to work independently, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements:
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in sales management or a related field
  • Proven track record of driving sales growth and expansion
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
