Kardex India Pvt Ltd is a leading provider of innovative supply chain solutions. With a strong presence in the Indian market, we are seeking a motivated and self-driven individual to join our New Business Team as a Territory Sales Person.
Job DescriptionThe successful candidate will be responsible for developing the market for Kardex products and solutions in the West/South region of India. Key responsibilities include:
- Developing and executing sales strategies to achieve sales targets in the territory and relevant segments.
- Creatinng, qualifying, and developing leads and closing sales according to the Kardex sales process.
- Fully utilizing the Kardex CRM tool to track all leads and opportunities.
- Reach and exceed agreed sales volume.
- Support and develop territory in lead generations, qualification, and order intake.
- Develop solution and value proposition for customers.
- Offer making, contract and price negotiations.
- Initiate and participate in business development projects.
We are looking for a highly motivated and result-oriented individual with excellent communication skills. The ideal candidate should have:
- A degree in Marketing, Business Administration or related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in sales or marketing, preferably in the supply chain industry.
- Strong understanding of the Indian market and its dynamics.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
The estimated salary for this position is ₹8-10 lakhs per annum, depending on the candidate's experience and qualifications.
