Job Description

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing the market for Kardex products and solutions in the West/South region of India. Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and executing sales strategies to achieve sales targets in the territory and relevant segments.
  • Creatinng, qualifying, and developing leads and closing sales according to the Kardex sales process.
  • Fully utilizing the Kardex CRM tool to track all leads and opportunities.
Responsibilities
  • Reach and exceed agreed sales volume.
  • Support and develop territory in lead generations, qualification, and order intake.
  • Develop solution and value proposition for customers.
  • Offer making, contract and price negotiations.
  • Initiate and participate in business development projects.
Your Profile

We are looking for a highly motivated and result-oriented individual with excellent communication skills. The ideal candidate should have:

  • A degree in Marketing, Business Administration or related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in sales or marketing, preferably in the supply chain industry.
  • Strong understanding of the Indian market and its dynamics.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Estimated Salary

The estimated salary for this position is ₹8-10 lakhs per annum, depending on the candidate's experience and qualifications.
