Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Area Sales Manager to join our team in Dehradun. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth, managing client relationships, and developing strategies to increase revenue.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales plans to meet targets and drive business growth
- Build and maintain strong relationships with architects, builders, and other stakeholders
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify new business opportunities
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of products and services
Requirements:
- 4-6 years of experience in sales, business development, and client relationship management
- Strong negotiation and communication skills
- Proven track record of meeting sales targets and driving revenue growth
- Bachelor's/master's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or related field
- Knowledge of the architectural products industry, particularly in the building materials segment
