About the Role:

">
  • We are seeking a highly skilled Associate Director to join our team as the Director of Supply Chain Development and Launch. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for strategizing, launching, and scaling up supply of hotels in assigned regions and cities.
  • Closing end-to-end franchisee deals with hotel partners, from building a funnel to reaching out relevant stakeholders at property and closing final deals at competitive commercials.
  • Developing market entry strategies, planning property launches across cities in the cluster, and identifying areas of good demand in the region.
  • Leading the launch targets for the cluster, brand building through local marketing strategies to encourage user adoption and penetration of the brand.

What We Offer:

We offer an estimated salary range of $70,000 - $90,000 per year, depending on experience. This is a full-time position based in Dehradun, India, with extensive travel required throughout the country.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Strategize, launch, and scale up supply of hotels in assigned regions and cities.
  2. Closing end-to-end franchisee deals with hotel partners, including building funnels and negotiating competitive commercials.
  3. Develop market entry strategies and plan property launches across cities in the cluster.
  4. Identify areas of good demand in the region and develop supply that meets those needs.
  5. Lead the launch targets for the cluster and build brand awareness through local marketing strategies.

Requirements:

  • Excellent understanding of commercial real estate business and prior experience in deal closures at hospitality consulting organizations or real estate companies.
  • Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills, with excellent presentation and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Excel/G-Sheets and number crunching skills to handle negotiations.
  • Proven negotiation skills with a track record of seeking, creating, negotiating, and closing deals.
  • Data-driven approach to pitching and supply building, with a strong ability to work in a fast-paced start-up environment.
