Sales Outreach Professional

We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Outreach Professional to generate leads and drive sales through outbound calls. This role requires excellent communication skills, resilience, and the ability to handle rejections while maintaining a positive attitude.
Job OverviewThe ideal candidate will be responsible for reaching out to potential clients, introducing our products/services, and setting up follow-up meetings or appointments.
This is a remote position that offers a great opportunity to grow with a fast-growing startup. You will have exposure to international clients and work from home job/completely remote arrangement.
Responsibilities- Making outbound calls to potential clients to generate interest in our products/services.
- Introducing the company and explaining the value proposition to prospects.
- Qualifying leads and scheduling follow-up appointments for the sales team.
- Maintaining accurate records of calls and interactions in the CRM system.
- Meeting daily/weekly call targets and contributing to overall sales goals.
- Previous experience in sales or cold calling is preferred but not required.
- Strong verbal communication and persuasion skills.
- Ability to handle objections and rejections professionally.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and call tracking tools is a plus.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.

Salary: Up to 4LPA (approximately $52,000 per annum) IST / 6 PM - 3 AM IST (Monday-Friday). Job timings are 3 PM - 12 AM IST.
