Job Summary:
You will drive customer retention, foster strategic network collaboration, optimize profitability performance, and enhance product capabilities to meet customer demands and maintain a competitive edge.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a regional plan for retention and growth of strategic customers in IMEA.
- Take full ownership of the IMEA Renewals Playbook, ensuring alignment with key stakeholders.
- Develop and execute a clear plan to accelerate the growth of Lead Logistics across countries in the region.
- Strengthen collaboration with the global network to ensure alignment and knowledge sharing.
- Partner with Customer Program Managers and CPDs to provide direction and support high-impact projects.
Driving Pl. Hygiene and Increased Profitability:
- Optimize existing customer base through contract renewals or operational continuous improvement.
- Govern PnL across Non-Controlled customers and drive PnL performance by collaborating with CX, CPMs, P&E, FinOps teams.
- Own the SCM Charge Catalogue (SCC) for IMEA along with the LLP Community.
- Coordinate process and tools related to MPR and ROFO cycle.
In the driving seat for Standardization across areas:
- Build and monitor the standardization roadmap to ensure business processes operate consistently across locations.
- Co-drive the CFS play across IMEA in collaboration with MCL & other area stakeholders.
Accountable for:
- IMEA Renewals Playbook: Retention and profitable growth of strategic LLP customers executed in the region.
- SCM Charge Catalogue and PnL management.
- Building and developing a team of high-performing Product Managers.
Consulted about:
- Clients' profitability.
- Selling MbM solutions.
- SCP roadmap & migrations.
- LLP Value Proposition.
- Team Engagement & Development.
