Regional Sales Leader

Lead beverage sales operations in the West region, developing and implementing regional strategies to drive revenue growth.

Sales Strategy & Execution
  • Develop and implement regional sales strategies in alignment with national objectives.
  • Drive monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets for the beverage category.
Market Expansion & Channel Development
  • Identify new business opportunities.
  • Expand and optimize distribution network, including appointing and managing channel partners.
Team Leadership
  • Manage and mentor a team of Beverage Sales Specialists and field executives.
  • Monitor team performance and ensure execution of market activities.
Customer & Distributor Management
  • Build strong relationships with key accounts, distributors, & HoReCa.
  • Oversee distributor ROI, stock planning, order execution, and payment collections.
Market Intelligence & Reporting
  • Track competitor activities, market trends, and consumer insights.
  • Prepare regular reports on regional performance, challenges, and opportunities.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field and 7–10 years of experience in FMCG/Beverage sales, with at least 3 years in a regional or similar leadership role.
