Regional Marketing Leaders are key drivers of success in our business. We are seeking an exceptional individual to lead marketing initiatives in a dynamic region, driving value creation and innovation.

About the Role

This is a challenging opportunity for a skilled marketer to deliver regional marketing plans, ensuring alignment between Regional Sales and Global Marketing. The successful candidate will lead new product introductions, manage margins, and develop promotional strategies to drive sales growth in the allocated region.

  • Create and execute comprehensive regional marketing strategies that meet business objectives.
  • Maintain industry knowledge, competitor analysis, and market trends to inform decision-making.
  • Develop pricing guidelines and exception policies to support regional sales teams.
  • Implement effective regional market communication and branding initiatives.
  • IDentify customer needs and contribute to new product development.
  • Collaborate with Global Marketing team members to achieve strategic objectives.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Studies or related field.
  • 10-15 years of experience in the Chemical industry, with at least 5 years in marketing.
  • Proven track record in marketing leadership, including new product launches and market segmentation.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and project management skills.
  • Familiarity with regulatory requirements and competitor analysis.
