Job Title: Regional Sales Leader
About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced sales leader to manage our regional sales team and drive business growth in the Middle East.
The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies, setting sales targets, and leading a high-performing sales team.
- Sales Strategy and Planning: Develop and implement sales strategies aligned with the company's overall objectives and market conditions in the Middle East. Conduct market research to understand customer needs, preferences, and competitive landscape in the region.
- Sales Team Management: Lead, train, mentor, and motivate a team of sales representatives, ensuring they have the necessary skills and resources to meet their targets. Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback to improve performance.
- Sales Target Achievement: Set sales targets and revenue goals for the region and work with the sales team to achieve them. Analyze sales data, generate sales forecasts, and provide regular sales reports to senior management.
- Business Development: Identify new business opportunities and potential clients in the Middle East, expanding the company's customer base. Collaborate with the marketing team to develop marketing strategies and promotional activities to support sales efforts.
- Customer Relationship Management: Foster strong relationships with key customers and clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
