We're now hiring a Regional Head – Sales to lead our next stage of growth. Role OverviewThe Regional Head – Sales will be Union Living's lead growth engine across Mumbai and Pune, directly managing a 10 property portfolio, overseeing a multi-tiered team of sales managers, executives, and interns, and owning end-to-end revenue and occupancy outcomes.You will report directly to the Founder's Office, operate from the head office in Chembur or Thane, and spend significant time on ground at properties and activation sites. We're looking for a seasoned sales leader with 8–10 years of experience, a deep command over sales funnels, CRM, B2C and B2B outreach, and someone ready to hustle, own, and grow with the brand.
