Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Regional Sales Head to lead and expand our B2B jewellery business across key domestic and export markets. This role is responsible for developing and executing commercial strategies, building and managing client relationships, and aligning closely with operations to ensure seamless order fulfillment and revenue growth.
This position will serve as the right hand to the COO and will be instrumental in driving topline growth while enhancing client experience and operational synergy.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales Strategy & Business Development
- Own and execute regional sales strategies to meet revenue and growth targets across B2B wholesale, export, and corporate client channels.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in domestic and global markets.
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align offerings with market demand and client needs.
Client Relationship Management
- Manage and grow strategic client accounts, ensuring long-term retention and satisfaction.
- Understand client requirements, market dynamics, and buying cycles to offer tailored solutions.
- Serve as the senior point of contact for key accounts and partners.
Sales Operations & Coordination
- Work closely with operations, production, and logistics teams to ensure timely and quality delivery of client orders.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure order accuracy, customization, and SLA adherence.
Market Intelligence & Insights
- Monitor industry trends, competitor movements, and market demands.
- Provide strategic feedback to the product, design, and sourcing teams based on customer preferences and competitor benchmarking.
Team Leadership
- Lead and mentor a team of sales managers and executives across regions.
- Build a high-performance, client-centric culture focused on accountability and continuous improvement.
Qualifications & Experience:
- 12–18 years of sales leadership experience in B2B jewellery, fashion, luxury, or manufacturing sectors.
- Proven track record of developing international and domestic markets, managing high-value clients, and delivering revenue growth.
- Strong understanding of the jewellery value chain, from design to delivery.
- Experience working in matrixed environments with cross-functional coordination.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred.

- Deep exposure to export markets, customs requirements, and documentation protocols.
- Strong commercial acumen and negotiation skills.
- Working knowledge of ERP, CRM tools, and data analytics platforms.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
