Regional Sales Director

We are seeking an experienced sales leader to drive commercial growth and expansion across the TSS ASEAN ANZ & India region.

The successful candidate will foster strong relationships with global and function teams for business excellence.

  • Developing and executing the TSS ASEAN ANZ & India business strategy, aligning with the AP and global business strategy.
  • Building and executing account-level plans with the team to defend existing business, gain new share, and secure projects in daily operations.

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • A Bachelor's degree or higher.
  • 10+ years of experience in Sales and Marketing functions, with 5+ years of Sales leadership experience in the region or broader territory.
  • A proven track record of sales turnaround or growth acceleration in previous careers.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop a comprehensive business plan that aligns with company goals and objectives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive sales growth and expansion.
  • Foster strong relationships with key stakeholders to build trust and credibility.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree or higher.
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in sales and marketing functions.
  • At least 5 years of sales leadership experience in the region or broader territory.
