Lead Business Growth in ASEAN, ANZ & India

Our business is seeking a seasoned professional to accelerate growth and turnaround in the ASEAN, ANZ, and India region. This role involves leading our Thermal & Specialized Solutions business, driving commercial P&L, and developing strategies in line with our AP and global business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the commercial P&L of TSS ASEAN, ANZ & India region, ensuring profitability and growth.
  • Develop and execute the TSS ASEAN, ANZ & India business strategy, aligning with AP and global goals.
  • Collaborate with the team to build account-level plans, defend the existing business, and gain new share and projects.
  • Work closely with AP Product Manager and Purchasing Manager to optimize costs and win bids at OEMs and aftermarket businesses.
  • Implement a country-level approach to maintain majority share as the leading player while pursuing more share gain to solidify the leading position.
  • Work with AP Product Manager and CSR Team to run the business under quota supervision, ensuring zero non-compliance occurrence annually.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree or higher.
  • 10+ years of experience in Sales and Marketing functions, including 5+ years of Sales leadership experience in the above region or broader territory.
  • Proven track record of sales turnarounds or growth acceleration for at least two companies/businesses in previous careers.
  • Solid experience in specialty chemicals in B2B environments, with strong commodity experience.
  • Experience working in industries under quota management environments.
  • Result-driven and strong commitment to delivery.
