As a Regional Business Manager – Executive Search, you will be responsible for leading and expanding the executive search practice in the West region. You will drive business growth by acquiring new clients, managing key accounts, and ensuring successful delivery of leadership search mandates across industries. This role requires a consultative mindset, a strong network of senior professionals, and the ability to drive results.
ResponsibilitiesIdentify and develop new business opportunities with CXOs, Founders, and HR leaders across sectors. Own and nurture client relationships, ensuring repeat business and long-term partnerships. Conduct client meetings to understand leadership needs, organization culture, and role mandates.
Drive end-to-end sales cycles from prospecting to closure. Collaborate with Delivery team and Ensure high-quality execution of CXO and senior-level search assignments. Ensure alignment between client expectations and delivery team
Drive performance, learning, and professional growth
Ensure achievement of revenue and delivery targets.Keep abreast of industry trends, talent movements, and business shifts to provide strategic insights to team
Contribute to thought leadership and brand building for HR Anexi in the regional market. Qualifications & ExperiencePostgraduate degree in HR, Business, or related field preferred.8–12 years of relevant experience in executive search, recruitment consulting, or B2B services. Proven experience in managing leadership hiring or business development in a search/consulting firm.
Strong business acumen and consultative selling ability. Excellent relationship-building and stakeholder management skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
