Job Title: Acceleration Specialist
About the RoleThis is a unique opportunity to join our organization and drive business growth through strategic partnerships. As an Acceleration Specialist, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to execute corporate strategy for new growth. Your key responsibility will be to drive expansion with partners by leveraging expertise and knowledge of cloud service provider platforms.
- You will establish and manage relationships inside partner ecosystems to determine partner goals for growth and development, and to drive strategic initiatives that deliver profitable revenue, innovation, and market expansion.
- You will develop joint business opportunities and execute programs and initiatives that drive growth.
- You will drive adoption and expansion of products and services by leveraging strategic partnerships.
- You will exceed quarterly and annual targets for revenue growth, pipeline creation, and product/service utilization.
Main Responsibilities:
- Serve as conduit to resources from sales, marketing, R&D, engineering, and leadership to achieve differentiated ecosystem growth.
- Document and present joint business plans for partner's business goals and objectives that align partner company solutions with their success.
- Lead training and enablement for partners on company products, services, and go-to-market strategies.
- Monitor and analyze partner performance to identify, document, and track opportunities for continuous improvement.
- 8+ years of technology sales experience.
- 5+ years in partner channel with a proven track record of successfully managing partnerships.
- 5+ years previous experience in contact center software or associated industry.
- Experience working with national/global partners.
- Proven track record of achieving targets and goals.
- Enterprise business and financial modeling experience.
- Ability to manage multiple competing priorities and work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with ability to effectively listen and convey thoughts and ideas clearly.
