As a Director of Regional Operations, you will be responsible for driving business growth and managing key performance indicators in a specific region. You will oversee strategic initiatives, such as product launches and process enhancements.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Contribute to strategic decisions through data-driven insights and analysis.
  • Develop and implement plans to maximize business outcomes, with a strong understanding of market requirements and customer satisfaction.
  • Lead and manage a team of professionals to achieve sales and market penetration goals.
  • Oversight of design quality for Livspace products and services in the region.
  • Drive KPIs such as successful designs, snag-free designs, and satisfied customer experiences.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in B.Design/Civil or equivalent, with an MBA preferred.
  • At least 7-8 years of experience in interior fit-out business, managing revenue-generating teams or selling design products/services.
  • Strong attention to detail, written and oral communication skills, and ability to convey business requirements effectively.
  • Structured thought process, analytical ability, and leadership skills to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

You should possess significant personal and professional drive to continuously improve the standing of Design and Design experience.

A deep understanding of the interior fit-out industry, processes, and market trends is essential.
