Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute regional expansion strategies in alignment with company goals.
  • Identify new market opportunities and untapped segments within the region.
  • Work closely with corporate teams to implement regional initiatives and KPIs.
  • Generate leads and develop partnerships with key stakeholders, channel partners, and corporate clients.
  • Drive new business acquisition through presentations, market pitches, and strategic proposals.
  • Build and maintain a pipeline of opportunities and convert prospects into long-term clients.
  • Set regional sales targets and monitor progress.
  • Analyze regional trends and competitor activities to optimize strategy.
  • Oversee regional P&L and ensure achievement of revenue, profit, and margin targets.
  • Ensure smooth execution of operations in the region, including logistics and customer fulfillment.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as Marketing, Product, HR, and Customer Support.
  • Monitor and ensure adherence to operational standards and compliance.
  • Recruit, train, and manage a high-performing regional team.
  • Provide mentoring, regular feedback, and career development support to team members.
  • Foster a performance-oriented culture and drive accountability at all levels.
