Key Regional Role in Business Development

The Regional Head Business Development is a critical position responsible for driving business growth, managing profitability, and leading high-performing teams.

Key Responsibilities
  • P&L Ownership: Oversight of regional revenue and operational targets to ensure strategic alignment and financial performance.
  • Team Leadership: Guidance and mentorship of experienced professionals to achieve business objectives and enhance team collaboration.
  • Strategic Planning: Development and execution of regional strategies to drive growth, onboard talent, and manage partnerships.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Building and maintaining strong relationships with senior developer stakeholders to foster effective collaboration.
  • Performance Reviews: Regular assessment of team performance and identification of opportunities for growth and improvement.
Preferred Candidate Profile

A successful candidate will have a proven track record in real estate partnerships or interiors/solutions industries, with a strong background in handling large teams, excellent communication and negotiation skills, and a stellar reputation.
