Enterprise Sales Executive

We are seeking a seasoned Enterprise Sales Executive to lead our growth initiatives and drive revenue targets.


About the Role:

This is an exceptional opportunity for a sales professional with strong leadership skills to join our team and make a lasting impact. The successful candidate will be responsible for expanding adoption of our InstaCred 360 suite, building strategic partner ecosystems, and delivering ambitious revenue targets.


Main Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute market mapping strategies to ensure merchant adoption and monetization across diverse segments.
  • Drive direct enterprise sales, licensing-based distribution partnerships, and unlock cross-sell and up-sell opportunities.
  • Build and mentor a high-performing sales team, set ambitious revenue goals, and establish strong relationships with C-level executives at key accounts.
  • Collaborate with product, engineering, and customer success teams to ensure seamless execution and customer satisfaction.

Key Requirements:
  • 10-15 years of experience in enterprise sales and partnerships.
  • Proven track record in merchant acquiring and enterprise commerce.
  • Strong negotiation and commercial acumen.
  • Team leadership and target-driven mindset.
  • Able to design solutions and present to enterprise clients.
  • Excellent communication and relationship management skills.
