
Enterprise Sales Specialist

We are looking for a highly driven Senior Enterprise Sales & Business Leader to lead Sales, Partnerships, Distribution, and Key Account Management for enterprise merchants, brands, and partners. This role is critical in driving growth by expanding adoption of our InstaCred 360 suite, building strong partner ecosystems, and delivering revenue targets.
You will be responsible for market mapping, sales strategy, and GTM execution, ensuring merchant adoption and monetization across diverse segments. The role requires driving direct enterprise sales, licensing-based distribution partnerships, and unlocking cross-sell and up-sell opportunities.
As a leader, you will build and mentor a high-performance sales team, set ambitious revenue goals, and establish strong relationships with C-level executives at key accounts. You will also collaborate with product, engineering, and customer success teams to ensure smooth GTM execution and customer satisfaction.
Must-Have Skills
- 10–15 years of enterprise sales & partnerships experience
- Proven record in merchant acquiring & enterprise commerce
- Strong negotiation & commercial acumen
- Team leadership & target-driven mindset
- Ability to design solutions and present to enterprise clients
- Excellent communication & relationship management skills
