We are seeking an accomplished Enterprise Sales Strategist to drive growth by expanding adoption of our suite, building strong partner ecosystems, and delivering revenue targets.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for market mapping, sales strategy, and execution, ensuring merchant adoption and monetization across diverse segments. This includes driving direct enterprise sales, licensing-based distribution partnerships, and unlocking cross-sell and up-sell opportunities.

As a leader, you will build and mentor a high-performance sales team, set ambitious revenue goals, and establish strong relationships with C-level executives at key accounts. You will also collaborate with product, engineering, and customer success teams to ensure smooth execution and customer satisfaction.

Must-Have Skills

  • 10–15 years of enterprise sales experience
  • Proven record in merchant acquiring and enterprise commerce
  • Strong negotiation and commercial acumen
  • Team leadership and target-driven mindset
  • Ability to design solutions and present to enterprise clients
  • Excellent communication and relationship management skills
